What routines can I follow?

Pre-Workout Routine:

  1. Cleansing: Use the Facial Cleansing Gel to gently cleanse the skin. Rinse with warm water.
  2. Sun Protection: Apply Sunscreen to protect your skin from sun damage during outdoor exercise.
  3. Facial Hydration: Apply Anti-Aging Cream to provide additional hydration and protection from the elements.

Post-Workout Routine:

  1. Shower: Use the Shower Gel to clean your skin and remove sweat.
  2. Moisturizing Cream: Apply Moisturizing Cream to your hands and body to keep it soft and well-groomed after exercise.
  3. Facial Hydration: Apply the Anti-Aging Cream again to restore hydration lost during exercise.
  4. Massage Cream: If you notice any area affected by irritation or some type of injury, apply the Massage Cream while massaging the affected area to soothe and relieve. This will repair the area.

Morning Routine:

  1. Facial Cleansing: Use the Facial Cleansing Gel.
  2. Sun Protection: Apply Sunscreen to protect yourself from UV rays during the day if you are going to be outdoors.
  3. Anti-Aging Cream: Use the Anti-Aging Cream to hydrate and prepare the skin for the day.
  4. Anti-Wrinkle Cream: Apply Anti-Wrinkle Cream to address fine lines and maintain skin elasticity.

Night Routine:

  1. Facial Cleansing: Cleanse the skin with the Facial Cleansing Gel.
  2. Anti-Dark Circle Cream: Apply Anti-Dark Circle Cream around the eyes to reduce puffiness and dark circles.
  3. Anti-Wrinkle Cream: Use the Anti-Wrinkle Cream to combat the signs of aging overnight.
  4. Body Hydration: Apply the Moisturizing Cream to keep the skin of the body soft and hydrated.

If I'm going to do sports and it's sunny, should I apply sunscreen first and then the anti-aging cream?

Yes, it is generally recommended to apply Sunscreen First before other skin care products including anti-aging cream.

Here is a suggested order for applying products before exercising outdoors in the sun:

  1. Facial cleansing: Cleanse your face with the Facial Cleansing Gel.
  2. Sunscreen: Apply sunscreen to your face and any other parts of your body exposed to the sun. Make sure to cover all areas that will be exposed during your physical activity. This will provide a protective layer against UV damage.
  3. Anti-Aging Cream: After applying the Sun Cream and allowing it to absorb properly, you can apply the Anti-Aging Cream.

This order ensures that the sunscreen has a chance to form a protective barrier on your skin before you apply other products. Also, keep in mind that if you exercise and sweat a lot, you may need to reapply sunscreen after a while, even if you've already applied anti-aging products. Sun protection should be a priority, especially during sun exposure.

What is the approximate duration of sunscreen for a training session?

In general, it is recommended to reapply sunscreen every 2 hours.

But if the training session is intense or prolonged, you should apply the sunscreen again after 1 hour.

What routines should I follow?

When do products expire?

Our products have a recommended consumption date of six months once the product has been opened :)

On the packaging you will see the PAO symbol for your product with a graphic in the shape of an open cosmetic jar with a number of months printed on it, in our case 6. Don't waste another second to pamper yourself from head to toe.

Can I use Man Refresh on atopic or allergic skin?

Some of the Man Refresh products have not been formulated for atopic skin either, we know that many people get very good results when formulated with natural ingredients that are gentle on the skin .

On the other hand, if you have been diagnosed with any allergy, we recommend that you consult the INCI of each product, which you will find in the ingredients section, to check the ingredients they contain . By clicking on it you will also see an explanation of each one. However, most of the time these allergies are food-related and not skin-related, so in case of doubt we advise you to consult your specialist, although you can also send us an email with your query. For us, health comes first.

Are the products suitable for vegans?

Of course! For us, taking care of the planet and all the fauna and flora that lives on it is our goal, which is why Man Refresh products have labels and do not contain any ingredients of animal origin .

Man Refesh cosmetics are ideal for complementing a vegan lifestyle. The ingredients we use in the formulation of our products come from plants, algae, fruits, nuts or cereals, among other ingredients of plant origin, naturally! We believe that if you take care of the planet, it takes care of you, which is why we believe in environmentally conscious, sustainable and transparent cosmetics.

Is it suitable for women?

Man Refresh products are suitable for everyone. We wanted to focus on sporty men but really all our products can be used by all kinds of people.

The products are unisex , a man can apply any of our products just like a woman and notice their benefits and properties .

Are the products suitable for boys and girls?

Of course! Man Refresh products are suitable for boys and girls aged 3 and over.

As a rule, we do not recommend Freshly for children under 3 years of age, as babies' skin is more fragile, so the mildest ingredients should be used, as specified by European legislation.

Where do we ship?

We ship to the vast majority of countries in the world.

What do I do if I am away from my delivery address during delivery?

A first delivery will be made and if you are absent at that time, the branch that delivers to your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery or to see how they can deliver it to you. If for some reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange delivery, you can write to us at Hola@Manrefresh.com or you can contact us here so that we can provide you with contact information or help with whatever is necessary.

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

If you find any incorrect information, you can modify it by sending us an email to Hola@ManRefrsh.com if the order has not yet left our facilities. Please note that if your order has already left our logistics centre, this process may increase the delay in delivery. Don't forget to check all the fields carefully!

Can I pick up my order at a delivery branch or collection point?

Before finalising your order, you only have to choose the 'pick-up point' delivery option and select the one that is most convenient for you. The logistics company will inform you by SMS or email that your order is available for collection at the delivery point.

Customs

There may be delays due to a customs inspection. This does not usually happen, but there may always be an inspection and this causes the shipping time to take a little longer.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment for your order can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal (also in installments) and Cash on Delivery . If you select payment by card , you can enter all your card details in the secure payment section Checkout. To make the payment via PayPal , select this payment method and click on "Complete order". You will then be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with the payment. Can I pay by cash on delivery or by bank transfer?

We confirm that we do have cash on delivery , and it is very easy. You just have to select this payment method when placing the order and you will pay in cash at the time of delivery. Remember! It is very important that you try to have the exact amount to avoid difficulties in delivery due to the availability of the change. I must also inform you that cash on delivery is a little more expensive due to the logistics involved.

Can I exchange a product or return some of the products?

How can I return a product?

A) If you have a customer account, log in and select the order and the products you want to return. After confirming the return, you will receive the code with the following steps by email. The Customer Love team will be happy to help you. 2. Prepare the package and deliver it to any post office along with the code that we will provide you with. There will be no cost to you! 3.
