What does science say?

Evidence and research
Salicylic acid is a beta-hydroxy acid known for its ability to penetrate clogged pores and reduce comedone formation. A study published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology showed that a 2% salicylic acid solution applied for 12 weeks significantly reduced acne lesions compared to a placebo.

These findings reinforce the use of Aloe Vera in cosmetics as a key ingredient to maintain healthy and youthful skin.
Tea tree essential oil has been shown to have potent antimicrobial properties. A clinical trial published in the Medical Journal of Australia compared the effectiveness of tea tree oil versus benzoyl peroxide, showing that it is equally effective but better tolerated by the skin.

Niacinamide, or vitamin B3, helps regulate sebum production and improves the skin's barrier function. A study published in the International Journal of Dermatology found that a 4% niacinamide gel reduced inflammatory acne lesions by 60% in just 8 weeks.

Aloe vera contains polysaccharides that soothe the skin and reduce inflammation. An article reviewed in the Indian Journal of Dermatology highlighted its healing properties and ability to reduce irritation associated with acne.

Ginkgo Biloba extract is rich in antioxidants that protect the skin against free radicals. A study published in the Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology showed that its topical use improves cutaneous microcirculation and reduces chronic inflammation.

Satisfactory results
5 MINUTES
Reduction of visible redness. Tea tree oil begins to soothe inflamed areas, providing immediate relief.
15 MINUTES
Preventing new breakouts. Salicylic acid works by clearing pores and controlling excess sebum, reducing the chance of future blemishes.
30 MINUTES
Deep absorption. The serum is light and quickly absorbed, allowing the botanical extracts to penetrate the skin without leaving a greasy residue, nourishing and softening the skin, leaving the skin hydrated and without greasy residue.
1 HOUR
Visible improvements. Skin looks more even and inflammation-free, with less redness and a healthier appearance, but there is unlikely to be a dramatic change in acne reduction until the product has had time to work more deeply.
1 WEEK
Blemish reduction. Acne and blemishes begin to diminish, leaving skin looking clearer and less prone to breakouts. Generally, the most visible effects in terms of blemish reduction usually take between 3-7 days. Salicylic acid and tea tree oil begin to significantly reduce the size of breakouts and redness.
1 MONTH
Clearer, more balanced skin. More substantial improvement, such as diminished blemishes and control of breakouts, is typically noticed after several weeks of continued use. Acne treatment usually takes time to produce lasting effects.
